    • - How frequently do you get up at night?
    • - Are your symptoms affecting your lifestyle?
  • Bring your AUA Symptom Score.
  • List any medications you are currently using.
  • Make notes of your goals for the treatment.
  • Print information from this website that you'd like to discuss with the doctor.
  • List any questions you'd like to ask the Urologist during your visit.
(ie; Are you a good candidate for the The Prolieve™ Thermodilatation System?)
Remember to take notes during your visit and ask for patient information brochures and videos. It is important that you completely understand your health concerns and all the available medical treatment options. You may also want to bring along a loved one or friend to help you collect information and ask questions during your visit.
